I first met Tate & Tylyn during their engagement photography session and was instantly excited for their Fine Art Wedding Photography, which brought me back to the beautiful Oswego Hills Winery in Lake Oswego Oregon.  It was a gorgeous sunny summer day and everyone was sitting back and enjoying themselves when I arrived with no rushing or bustling about.  When Tylyn put on her dress she started to feel the nerves of the day with only a few moments before Tate was going to see her for the first time.  That moment that seemed to have so much build-up, but in an instant, all was calm again once they saw each other.

We were able to take some time to go around the venue and capture their portraits before the rest of the events of the day.  The ceremony was intimate with the reading of their personal wedding vows, which though were private from one another, had connections that no one expected.

They were announced into their reception with the “TNT” by ACDC, which it took some people a minute to get, but made everyone laugh once they realized it was a play on their names.   The dancing went on late into the night with everyone letting loose and having the time of their lives.

I had the privilege of shooting this wedding with one of my favorite videography team, Birman Visuals.  We worked so well together and captured moments and footage that would have only been possible by the other person’s inspiration.

When I said goodbye to the couple, they were so sweet and made sure that I had also had fun, which of course I had.   It was a beautiful day and I am so grateful to have been a part of it.
